The event will begin with 2 revealing contributions from science and practice:
- Prof. Dr. Timo Müller talks about new active compounds in obesity and diabetes therapy and gives an outlook on future developments. He is Director of the Institute for Diabetes and Obesity at Helmholtz Munich.
- Prof. Dr. Matthias Blüher reports from clinical practice in obesity and diabetes treatment and shares experiences, successes and challenges. He is Director of the Helmholtz Institute for Metabolism, Obesity and Vascular Research (HI-MAG) at Helmholtz Munich and Professor of Clinical Obesity Research at the University of Leipzig.

Afterwards, there will be a moderated exchange of experiences with the two experts and affected persons. You will also have the opportunity to ask your personal questions.
