The podcast episodes are hosted by Kristina Vogt together with the gynaecologist Prof. Dr. Ute Schäfer-Graf and the midwife Jennifer Beer-Schilling. In each episode, they talk to other experts on a specific topic and combine scientific expertise with practical tips.

In the opening episode “Type 1 or 2 Diabetes – what can I do in advance if I want to get pregnant?”, presenter Kristina Vogt and co-host Prof. Dr. Ute Schäfer-Graf talk to diabetologist Prof. Dr. med. Michael Hummel about the importance of stable blood sugar control before pregnancy. They provide valuable insights into recommended tests and necessary adjustments for women with diabetes who are planning to become pregnant.
