As a non-profit organization, the DZD is able to fully allocate your donation to diabetes research. Research at the DZD involves all forms of diabetes (type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes) and is also dedicated to exciting, innovative projects, such as the artificial pancreas. Particularly close to our hearts is the training and promotion of young scientists (DZD NEXT), who will be responsible for the research and care of diabetes patients in the future.
