DZD at the IDF Diabetes Congress in Bangkok: Diabetes Research from Bench to Beside

The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) is hosting its Diabetes Congress in Bangkok (Thailand) from April 7 to 10. The German Center for Diabetes Research (DZD) will be presenting its structures and research successes at the symposium “Diabetes Research from Bench to Bedside”.

At the congress, more than 250 diabetes researchers from all over the world will report on current research findings - including numerous experts from the German Center for Diabetes Research. The DZD symposium “Diabetes Research from Bench to Bedside: Successful Structures and Innovations from the German Center for Diabetes Research” on Tuesday, April 8, from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. will provide an overview of current highlights in translational research. Researchers from the DZD will show how their research findings can help to prevent type 2 diabetes more effectively and treat the disease more precisely in order to avoid complications.
