DZD Researcher Olga Ramich at Doc Fischer on Metabolism and Sleep
Prof. Dr. Olga Ramich from the DZD partner German Institute of Human Nutrition (DIfE) explained the connections between metabolism and sleep in the SWR television program DocFischer on the topic “Nutrition in the evening: Which foods are best for sleep?”.
The personal preference for when people like to eat larger meals is partly due to their internal clock. A distinction is made here between so-called larks and owls.
