DZD International Diabetes Research School
The DZD International Diabetes Research School is the annual highlight of the DZD NEXT program.
80 international and national young scientists are selected for this intensive three-day program integrating basic, clinical and industrial diabetes research but also sessions on important topics like science communication or career development.
International speakers among the best in their research field present their work in clear overview lectures and with special reference to translational. Participants present and discuss their own research projects in poster sessions with the speakers and other participants.
Usually, the DZD International Diabetes Research School takes place at alternating European locations prior to the EASD meeting.
